  This place is horrible don't go there. They rip you off and scam you. my experience at this business happened some time back but it still pisses me off thinking about it, especially every time I need to go to that shopping center. So I bring in my laptop because windows wasn't starting, so when I bring it here I ask them what it could be and they said it could be lots of things and they won't know until they open it up and find out. So they make me sign an invoice saying that the diagnostic cost $75 but that it would go towards the cost of the repairs. That sounded fair at first, so I go ahead and leave my laptop. They call me like a day or two later and tell me that they have to re install windows and tell me the price which I don't recall at the moment. so I tell them to go ahead fix it and they said that they would call me as soon as my laptop is ready. A month almost went by and they hadn't called me yet and good thing I looked at the invoice because it says that after 30 days of not picking up your devices that it becomes their property. So I come into the store to get my laptop and the technician comes out with my laptop to tell me that he couldn't fix it and that it was an old laptop that I should just buy a new one. I still had to pay the $75 for nothing. What makes things worse is that a week after getting my laptop from them my 17 year old cousin in high school looks at it and manages to reboot my laptop and have it running like new in about 10 mins. A 17 year old with no special computer training fixes my computer in 10 mins and these bozos had it for weeks and they tell me it was unfixable

  Recently we've gone through some changes with our website and business presence. Kind of like a spring cleaning, if you will. I have used them personally in the past so we hired this company to evaluate our setup and see any changes we might need. I was surprised that they where able to salvage and upgrade our equipment and simply add a few things like a firewall and some wifi transmitter devices. We thought that this would be a very expensive venture and we where obviously apprehensive. They actually found the cheapest and most effective way to upgrade us and we couldn't be happier! Thank You!
