  if there was a zero I would give it to the store in West Palm beach Gardens. One of their managers whose name is Felix and another so-called manager named Haley refused to return a sweater that I bought for my sister for Christmas. The sweater was extremely itchy you couldn't put your arm in the sleeves at all. It was also too large for her. I made a one hour trip to West Palm Gardens to return the sweater on December 28. These fools they call managers insisted that the sweater had been worn. It absolutely was never worn for five minutes. It was an embarrassment when they tried to inform me in front of other people that they could not return the sweater because it had been worn. I had the receipt. the receipt was marked Christmas gifts because I had bought other items on that same receipt. Yet these fools, that they call managers, would not return The sweater. My advice to any well-meaning customer is to avoid H&M if you are purchasing a gift. Perhaps if you were buying for yourself and you can try it on and tell the quality perhaps it is OK but personally I would never recommend the store to anyone. there is never an excuse to embarrass a customer in front of a roll of people by insisting that a sweater was worn when it was never worn. In other words they called me a liar. Who would ever do business with a company like this!? I would appreciate an apology from an executive from H and M.

  This is the worst h&m I've been to. I've shopped here probably 5 times now and there's never any good clearance pieces for men, there are however a lot for women. I never see the deals online in this store and its always a disappointment when I come to this one specifically. I remember going to the one in downtown wpb and got a ton of clothes for like 21$. It's all 100% retail here.
