- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆September 28, 2019, by Nola DolanMacy’s suck generally, and this store is no exception. The store has a disorganized, hectic feeling which is unpleasant for shoppers. The staff is mediocre. The selection is not good at all. Go too one of the other three department stores in the building instead, Nordstrom’s, Bloomingdales, or Saks 5th Avenue.
