  Horrible customer service. Spent 4 hours at the store with a clerk named Tracy who after not knowing how to use their ordering system, placed my order for a crib, conversion kit and dresser on three separate orders!?!?!?! I initially intended to place the order online but because the 20% discount was not working, I was told to come in and they would apply the discount and place the order for me. Tracy refused to ask other store representatives or managers for help and instead called PB customer service which placed her on hold for the entirety of our 4-hour shopping experience. One of the managers got involved and was helpful until I realized I had been charged more on one of the three separate transactions and was not given the 20% offer on regular priced items. I tried being very patient and provided my cc information despite being frustrated over this being charged as 3 separate transactions because the store representative Tracy refused to ask for help. When I finally realized that I over paid as I am checking my receipt in the parking lot, I tried reaching out to the store was referred back to Tracy and because the manager was not in store (by time time pass 6:30pm), nothing could be done to refund me the difference. She then said she would call customer service again but never called back. The next morning, I did not receive a phone call or email from the local store or customer service department and called the local Pottery Barn store again to find out the status. I spoke to Nakiea (she ignored my request to have her spell out her name for me) and she was even less helpful tossing the responsibility back to customer service. In hopes of avoiding a reasonably frustrated customer, Nakiea (the manager) put me on hold without warning and never answered the call again. After talking to customer service myself and being placed on hold for an embarrassing amount of time, I am still waiting for the difference of the overpaid amount to be posted as pending on my credit card since "no confirmation number of the revised transaction could be provided". Horrible experience and customer service at this location. Recommend ANY OTHER STORE, for true high end furniture and customer service experience try Restoration Hardware.

  Customer service at this store is HORRIBLE. Seems like every time I go there the employees are in a bad mood. You say thank you and they respond with a "mmhmm". I rather order my stuff online.
