  Unbelievable. 10-1 at 08:40PM. What a lazy employee. Just came in to turn in our old IPhone 6 and she would not open our account on her screen. She wanted us to answer if we were in 1 of the 4 plans they offer. I said, I came to drop off the phones per the other salesperson's instruction. Please check our account to answer your question. SHE SAID NO..... I could not believe it. She said No No like she was singing a Meghan Trainor song. Dummy me for being a good manager - I had to make an excuse to cover for her laziness. I said, I will come back and deal with the person that help me last week - I understand, no big deal sorry to bother you. I know it's almost 9, closing time. But cmon man. We don't need anybody to start stereotyping what lazy looks like in America. Cmon man. My phone bill is $275 a month. Cmon man - give me some employee that is worth 1 idiot paying $275 a month for his phone bill.
